I began coaching with PURE Athletics in the spring of 2014, as I was finishing my M.S. in Sport and Exercise Science from the University of Central Florida. In 2017, I was selected as the inaugural videographer for USA Track and Field’s regional videography project, working alongside Dr. Ralph Mann.

The idea for this project came to me as the pandemic began to make its way through the United States. Pure Athletics had no option but to continue training as if the Olympics was happening, but in the background I saw thousands of athletes with no training solutions as their seasons began to be cancelled. What started as sporadic advice given to the hundreds of videos posted on the subreddit /r/sprinting weekly, quickly pivoted into my own fully functional online coaching platform that could be mutually beneficial for athlete and coach.
